The South Jersey Elite Barons Soccer Academy are pleased to announce that our online registration system is now operational.
Please be sure to read the instructions below prior to entering the registration system.
Parents now have three options to make a payment.
- Make all payments via check. (Mail into Club Administrator)
- Make all payments via credit card online.
- Make some payements by check (Mail in to Club Administrator) and some via the online method.
Please Note: One important note about the credit card payments is the bank processing fee. The Bank processing the transaction does charge the cardholder a processing fee. The transaction processing fee is 2% of the transaction + $.50. So for example, if you submit a credit card payment of $225 your credit card account will be charged $230. The total consist of the $225.00 payment to the club and a $5.00 processing fee paid to the bank. It is important you know it is the bank charging the fee not the club.

Registration Instructions
1) It will only take about 5 minutes to complete the entire process.
2) If any information changes during the season (i.e. phone numbers, addresses, e-mail addresses etc.), you will be able to re-enter the system using a password that will be e-mailed back to you at the completion of registration. You also use this password to login to make future scheduled payments.
3) Please complete all information that is requested so that we may better serve you. As part of a security process, you will be asked to provide the player’s mother maiden name. This will be used in case you ever forget your password to re-enter the system.
4) Before entering the registration system, please be sure you have the following information:

5) There are several teams with individual payment options. (U10 Girls, U12 Girls, U13 Girls, U18 Girls) If your team is not one of those then choose from the drop down box names 'Program' from the following, U8-U10, U11-U14, or U15-U18.
