Former Director of the Philadelphia Kixx Kamp program for 7 years. Selected sites and secured all legal documentation for camps, hired staff, set pay levels and maintain weekly pay records for camp and training personnel.

Create daily agendas and evaluate progress of employees and overall camp performance.

Represents the Philadelphia Kixx organization in print, on radio and television. Speaks to school-age children about the importance of education, goal-orientation, drug and alcohol awareness and the value of team sports. Conducts informational clinics for coaches, players and parents.
