The South Jersey Barons Youth Academy has run its first ever coaches training day at the Eurosports Indoor Center in Egg Harbor City. The coaches day was conducted by Technical Director Scott Middlemass, the purpose of the day was to prepare the Coaching Staff for the upcoming season and to exchange ideas about the game. "We hope to conduct many more of these training days in the future" said TD Scott Middlemass, "As a club we are not only focused on developing our players but also our coaching staff, the members of staff are very keen to improve their knowledge and understading of the game."

The day ended with a coaches v’s players game, a big thank you to the U16 and U17 Girls who participated in the coaches training sessions. The South Jersey Barons/Banshees Youth Academy begin the 2008 season on Feburary 18th, we look forward to seeing everyone back in action.
